YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST FOR SERVICES.

 

 

1. As an active client you are required to keep the credit monitoring that we use ACTIVE. We need the ability to see all three of your credit reports monthly to keep the dispute schedule running as smoothly as possible.

If you downgrade or cancel your credit monitoring you will be cancelled as a client with Dream Financial Services Inc.

If you are a previous client, please email info@dreamfsinc.com for an approval before resigning up for services. 

 

2. If you are currently in an active bankruptcy we CANNOT accept you as a client at this time. (This does not include discharged bankruptcies) 

 

3. Your onboarding MUST be completed within 48 hours. Onboarding takes between 5-10 minutes and we cannot start the repair process until this is completed in its entirety. If your onboarding is not completed within 48 hours, you will be cancelled as a client and removed from our system. You will receive an email (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM) when your portal is ready for you to complete your onboarding. 

All four steps must be completed:

- Upload a picture of your ID

- Upload Proof of Social

- Upload proof of address

- Sign up for Credit Monitoring that we use and provide username and password

4. If you are currently behind on your bills, please DO NOT sign up for our services. We do not want our services to be a financial burden on you. 

5. Credit repair is a team effort, paying your bills on time, building positive credit and keeping your credit card balances under 30% is what is expected of you while enrolled in our program. If you do these things, please do not sign up for our services. 

By submitting this form, you allow Dream Financial Services Inc. to bill you for restoration services. I understand that I have 3 days to cancel my services and receive a full refund if work has not been completed on my file. In the case that work has been started on my file I understand that I will only receive 50% of my initial payment back in a refund. I also understand that it is my responsibility to submit all correspondence from Transunion, Equifax and Experian to Dream Financial Services Inc. via email, fax or through my client portal.
